Big Brother Class and the Summer Solstice June 21

The instructor asked everyone at one point what their favorite food was...the responses were the usual "mac n' chz, pizza..." when Ben aswered he said "pudding!"...what???? All the adults cracked up! I don't think he has ever had pudding! ha ha

After the class we went to IKEA for the Summer Solstice Celebration...which we did not find...and noone seemed to know what we were talking about... but Ben wanted his picture taken in front of this decoration outside...he NEVER wants his picture taken

Some friends of mine from Sons Of Norway had a Baby Shower for Tommy...this was the "cupcakes"...I LOVED them!

VBS June 08

Benjamin suddenly started asking alot of questions about God...Does he fly, can I talk to him, how did he make trees, ...so I felt it was time to start going to church and he went to VBS this summer. This is a pic of him on "Backwards Day"...

This is the very last night at the Ice Cream Social-we went after swim lessons so we were a little late, and I had no idea if he was supposed to be singing here or not, but his class was up there and he got very excited and said he had to go up...although I don't thing he knew most of the songs... :-)

Pic at Ice -Cream Social...every day when I picked him up I asked him what he learned...he would always say it was a secret...or it was special and he could not tell me...then on Thursday he said..."They teach us by singing songs, and we learn about Jesus...now I know more about Jesus than God does..."

June 3 ~ Last day of soccer...

Benjamin had his last day of soccer classes today ... this is a shot of one of his favorite things to do...end up on the floor! I think it started with watching soccer players slide into other players and has revolved into falling on the ground for everything... This is a pic of him with his coaches, Coach Nicole and her sister Coach Linsey, and the team...We hope to see you again after the summer!
